All of the fitness equipment purchased through ExerciseBargains are easy to assemble. The manufacturer's instructions are plainly written and no special tools or training is needed for assembly. For example, home treadmills can be easily set up within minutes.

As an alternative to self-assembly of your home gym equipment, local fitness service companies, handymen, and some department stores may offer assembly services in your area. Also, if you ask when you order, we'll quote you a price for inside delivery and setup in your area.

How long does it take to ship my exercise equipment?
When the unit is in stock, it will take 3 - 5 business days to prepare the product for shipping. Actual shipping is done by a freight carrier and usually takes between 7 and 14 business days. Once the home fitness equipment leaves our warehouse we have no control over the delivery time.
