Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from ExerciseBargains.com.

The merchandise must be returned in unopened resaleable condition with the freight prepaid.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on refused shipments or repackaged equipment.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), contact your Sales Representative at 888-211-1711.

ExerciseBargains will credit you purchase immediately upon receipt of the returned item with an RMA. You will receive full credit less any outbound freight charges that were on the original invoice.

To be eligible for a complete refund or credit, you must request an RMA within 30 days of delivery, and all returns must be made using the original unopened packaging in good condition, with freight prepaid.

The returned merchandise must be shipped back to ExerciseBargains within 10 days of receiving the RMA.

You must also prepay shipping charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
